Remember my previous post about taking a look at your online presence every now and then to make sure things are correct? I got a call today from a business owner who said he is getting complaints from people because the website he is responsible for is out of date. There are prices showing on the website that are almost half what they currently are and that is causing confusion with new customers.
The content on this website is 3 YEARS out of date in some cases.
Ouch. Just, ouch.
