Business owners are constantly asking me questions about websites, social media, blogging, email, e-commerce, Google, video marketing, and all other manner of things related to using online marketing tools to get more business. It’s interesting to realize that even though many of these tools are now “mature”, business people still don’t have all the answers they need to use them effectively. I’d like to change that.
Next week I am starting a series on “how it all works”. I’ll discuss what makes websites “work”. What makes social media “work” etc., with a focus on helping business owners and their marketing departments understand how each tool is used. No point having a hammer if you’re trying to cut wood, so to speak.
